Sii Poland Hiring! Full Time Senior Training Project Manager (f-m-x) in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

We are looking for an experienced Training Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of training and knowledge-transfer initiatives within a global Finance Shared Services organization. You will own training initiatives from planning through execution and completion, collaborating with department heads, process owners, subject-matter experts, trainers, and participants. This role combines training strategy, project management, and hands-on coordination, including developing training plans, coordinating workshops, managing timelines, and using feedback to continuously improve delivery. The is a permanent position at Sii Malaysia with a hybrid working model. The office is located in Bangsar South. Work will follow Central European Time zone.

Your tasks

• Working with stakeholders to understand training and knowledge-transfer requirements
• Translating business needs into structured training and knowledge-transfer plans, including objectives, audiences, timelines and delivery approach
• Planning the sequence and schedule of workshops and training activities based on business priorities and dependencies
• Developing project plans covering milestones, activities, owners and expected outcomes
• Identifying dependencies, resource requirements and potential delivery risks
• Defining KPIs to track training progress, participation and completion
• Reviewing and improving the training approach based on business needs and feedback
• Managing training and knowledge-transfer initiatives from planning through delivery and closure
• Coordinating training workstreams, workshops and knowledge-transfer sessions across teams and locations
• Managing timelines, milestones, calendars, invitations, attendance and follow-up
• Coordinating trainers, subject-matter experts, participants and required training materials
• Tracking actions, dependencies and outstanding activities, proactively following up with owners
• Identifying risks or delays and working with stakeholders on mitigation actions
• Adapting plans when business priorities, availability or requirements change
• Acting as the central point of coordination for training and knowledge-transfer initiatives
• Facilitating planning discussions with department heads, process owners and other stakeholders
• Aligning stakeholders on priorities, timelines, responsibilities and expected outcomes
• Providing regular updates on progress, upcoming activities, risks and outstanding actions
• Tracking attendance, completion rates, feedback and other relevant KPIs
• Maintaining accurate project and training documentation
• Conducting post-training reviews and identifying opportunities for improvement
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, training program management, or related fields
• Strong planning skills with the ability to translate business needs into structured training plans
• Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and deadlines
• Proficiency in coordinating workshops, training programs, or knowledge-transfer initiatives
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and follow-up skills to manage multiple workstreams effectively
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking KPIs and reporting progress
• Experience with Learning Management Systems or training systems
• Fluent English
