Join Citra Nusantara Sdn Bhd, a growing brand in catering, event management and ready-to-eat products. We committed to deliver quality food and exceptional service. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Admin Executive to support our expanding operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily F&B operations and activities.
• Monitor food preparation, quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Monitor stock levels, stock usage, and wastage.
• Assist with stock ordering and supplier coordination.
• Supervise F&B staff and ensure tasks are completed properly.
• Ensure staff follow company SOPs and food safety requirements.
• Assist with catering, events, and other F&B activities.
• Undertake miscellaneous tasks or projects as assigned by superiors or management team on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in in F&B, Hospitality, Culinary or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant F&B experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-organized, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of Halal requirements is an added advantage.
