Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Facility Executive in coordinating operational and administrative activities, including documentation, report preparation, and data entry.
• Support in evaluating the condition and performance of facilities through site monitoring, inspections, and activity tracking.
• Manage complaints, incident reports, and assist in conducting on-site investigations for resolution.
• Help in preparing for and attending meetings related to the facilities department, including note-taking and follow-ups.
• Monitor contractor work progress and liaise with relevant personnel, ensuring timely updates and compliance with project timelines.
• Assist in both administrative and technical tasks, including scheduling maintenance, managing service requests, and updating facility records.
• Perform basic technical tasks like troubleshooting equipment, handling minor repairs, and overseeing the operational management of hard and soft facilities

(custodial, maintenance, HVAC, etc.).

Qualification:

• Certificate Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related

technical fields.

• 1-3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Possesses strong service ethic, pro-active, can-do attitude, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and people management skills
• Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
