About the Roles

Join as a Project Coordinator (Lighting & Energy Solutions) in Tampines, supporting software development and clean energy consultancy projects. This is a permanent position with a 5-day work week from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, offering basic salary with OT, plus medical & dental benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the team lead in handling project enquiries, coordination, and follow-up activities.
• Schedule site surveys with clients, managing agents, and internal team members.
• Prepare site survey forms, checklists, and other supporting documents.
• Record existing lighting details, including lighting type, wattage, quantity, operating hours, and location.
• Organize site photographs, floor plans, lighting schedules, and survey records.
• Compile project data required for energy-saving calculations.
• Assist with preparing project proposals, lighting specifications, and presentation materials.
• Revise proposals and supporting documents according to instructions from the team lead.
• Arrange project meetings with clients, MCSTs, consultants, and internal teams.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate responses to clients’ technical and project-related enquiries with the relevant team members.
• Maintain project trackers and keep the status of enquiries, surveys, proposals, and approvals current.
• File, name, organize, and update project documents accurately.
• Prepare technical documents for handover to the Deployment & Maintenance Team.
• Liaise with other departments to gather required project information.
• Carry out project coordination, administrative, and other ad-hoc duties assigned by the team lead.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Information Technology, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
• Comfortable using documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and project tracking tools.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up on project activities within required timelines.
• Basic understanding of lighting, energy-saving solutions, or technology-related projects will be an advantage.
• Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities related to software and clean energy projects.
• Possess a valid Class 3 or 3A driving licence.
• No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.
