Event Coordinator
Full-Time / Part-Time | Students & Fresh Graduates Welcome

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of events from initial planning to completion
• Coordinate event schedules, logistics, budgets and required materials
• Communicate with venues, vendors, suppliers and partners
• Manage registrations, guest details and event-related communications
• Assist with event marketing and promotional activities
• Support event setup, coordination and on-site operations
• Handle changes and assist in resolving issues during events
• Gather feedback to improve future event experiences

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates who are:

• Students, fresh graduates or entry-level candidates
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple responsibilities
• Confident communicators who enjoy working with people
• Creative, adaptable and detail-oriented
• Available for occasional evening or weekend events
• Have experience in events, hospitality or project coordination (an advantage)
