JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee daily operations of the central kitchen to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely food production.
• Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, performance, and training.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and halal standards.
• Control costs, manage inventory, and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and outlets to meet production targets.
• Monitor quality, consistency, and presentation of all food products.
• Prepare reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATION

• At least Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Technology, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in the food industry, preferably in central kitchen, catering, or food production environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and halal standards is an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills

*** A commission between 1.5% and 2% will be provided depending on the sale.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Banting: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Food Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
