About the role

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! We’re a cutting-edge, fast-moving and high-stakes law firm and we don’t do “ordinary”! So, we are looking for someone who can match our energy, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and take ownership of the details that keep the office running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.

  • Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, and handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate the purchase and replenishment of stationery and other office necessities.

  • Manage the firm’s library resources.

  • Coordinate facilities and maintenance matters, including reporting and following up on repairs, servicing, and maintenance requests.

  • Liaise with building management, contractors, vendors, and service providers to arrange repairs, inspections, and other facilities-related work.

  • Assist with meeting room bookings, office arrangements, and other day-to-day workplace requirements.

  • Support the coordination of office events, staff activities, and other administrative arrangements as required.

  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-functioning office environment.

  • Undertake other administrative and office-related duties as assigned.
