Job Description

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of telecommunications projects, ensuring successful execution within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Develop detailed project plans during the planning phase and monitor execution progress throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with contractual obligations, budget requirements, and company governance frameworks.
  • Manage project compliance and ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while implementing effective escalation and resolution processes.
  • Drive project performance through proactive issue management and structured reporting.
  • Coordinate and align internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project resources, procurement activities, subcontractor performance, and delivery milestones.
  • Facilitate effective communication across project teams and business stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management and delivery effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience within the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven experience in telecommunications infrastructure, civil works, external engineering projects, operations, maintenance, and delivery management.
  • PMP certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project management disciplines, including:

  • Communication Management
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Familiar with telecom project delivery models, contract management, procurement processes, and subcontractor management.
  • Excellent project planning and schedule management capabilities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management and project control tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally and undertake long-term overseas assignments when required.
