About the Role We are a leading multi-concept restaurant group managing over 40+ outlets and diverse dining concepts across Hong Kong. To fuel our ongoing retail expansion and maintain excellence, we are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Chief Operating Officer to lead our core store operations.

Reporting to top management, this key role will oversee the operational performance, service excellence, QSC standards, and financial profitability of all restaurant branches. You will lead operations managers, culinary heads, and store teams to optimize front-line efficiency, elevate customer experience, and ensure seamless execution for both existing outlets and new store rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence & QSC: Establish, drive, and monitor end-to-end operational standards, food quality, service performance, and hygiene (QSC) across all 40+ branches.

• Financial & Cost Control: Manage operational budgets, food cost, labor cost, and store P&L to achieve company profitability targets.

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor Operations Manager, Area Managers, Executive Chefs, and branch managers; foster a performance-driven culture and optimize scheduling/manpower allocation.

• Expansion & Renovation Execution: Coordinate new store openings, store renovations, and concept launches in close alignment with HQ back-office units.

• Crisis Management & Customer Experience: Handle critical operational escalations, food safety matters, and major customer feedback with swift, corrective solutions.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Business Administration.

• Minimum 8+ years of operational management experience in multi-unit F&B retail, with at least 3+ years in a Head of Operations / Senior Operations Manager capacity.

• Proven track record in managing fast-paced, multi-brand restaurant chains and large front-line teams (500+ staff).

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills with a strong commercial acumen.

• Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese and English.
