Store Keeper – Roles & ResponsibilitiesReceiving & Material Handling

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials and finished goods received from suppliers and internal departments.
• Ensure raw materials and finished goods are delivered to the production area in a timely manner based on the production schedule.
• Verify incoming raw materials against the relevant documents, specifications, and requirements.
• Check and reconcile delivery orders with the respective finished goods prior to acceptance or dispatch.
• Arrange and store raw materials and finished goods in an orderly manner at their designated storage locations.

Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Ensure the First In, First Out (FIFO) system is properly implemented and maintained for raw materials.
• Arrange pallets, properly label materials, and assign appropriate storage locations for raw materials and finished goods.
• Assist in stock counting activities for raw materials and finished goods as required.
• Support the issuance, transfer, and movement of finished goods in accordance with established procedures.

Incoming Material Control

• Conduct initial checks and verification of incoming raw materials upon receipt.
• Record and maintain incoming material inspection records and related documentation.
• Ensure incoming materials are inspected and tested in accordance with established procedures and requirements.
• Identify, manage, and control raw materials that do not comply with specified requirements or quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain supplier defect reports or non-conformance reports where applicable.
• Ensure rejected or non-conforming materials are clearly identified, segregated, and properly controlled to prevent unintended use.
• Participate in discussions or meetings concerning supplier quality issues when required.

Quality & Compliance

• Comply with the Company’s quality management systems, procedures, and applicable requirements under ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FSSC 22000, and other relevant standards adopted by the Company.
• Ensure all warehouse and material handling activities are carried out in accordance with established company procedures and quality requirements.

General Responsibilities

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
• Carry out additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the HOD or Management as required.

RequirementsMinimum Education Qualification

• SPM or equivalent.

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or related environment.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
