Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠AI Visual & Video Production: Utilize industry-standard and cutting-edge AI platforms (including Lovart, Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway, ComfyUI, etc.) to produce high-quality brand visuals, concept art, advertising storyboards, and dynamic AI-generated video content.

2.⁠ ⁠Prompt Engineering & Motion Control: Craft, refine, and optimize prompts and control workflows (utilizing Higgsfield's camera/motion control features, ControlNet, ComfyUI, LoRAs) to maintain visual quality, style consistency, and character continuity across scenes.

3.⁠ ⁠Post-Production & Integration: Touch up and retouch AI-generated assets using post-production tools (upscaling, color grading, video editing, compositing, and seamless visual integration) to meet commercial broadcasting standards.

4.⁠ ⁠Creative Collaboration: Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and the Production Team to rapidly translate abstract concepts into tangible, compelling visual proposals (Styleframes / Concept Art).

5.⁠ ⁠Stay Ahead of AI Trends: Actively explore, evaluate, and test emerging AI tools and techniques, sharing insights with the team to boost production efficiency and elevate overall visual quality.

Requirements

1.⁠ ⁠Educational / Professional Background: Degree or Diploma in Visual Communication, Digital Art, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film/Video Production, or related disciplines.

2.⁠ ⁠AI Tool Expertise:

• Image AI: Proficient in Lovart, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion (ComfyUI / Automatic1111), Flux, or similar tools.
• Video AI: Proficient in Higgsfield AI, Runway (Gen-2/Gen-3), Luma Dream Machine, Pika, Kling, or other video generation platforms.

3.⁠ ⁠Traditional Design & Video Tools (Bonus / Essential Foundation):

4.⁠ ⁠Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

5.⁠ ⁠Familiarity with 3D software (Blender / Cinema 4D) or Nuke is a strong plus.

6.⁠ ⁠Aesthetic & Cinematic Sense: Strong visual eye with a deep understanding of composition, color theory, lighting, and camera language.

7.⁠ ⁠Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to navigate the unpredictability of generative AI to deliver controlled, precise, and high-detail outputs.

8.⁠ ⁠Portfolio Required: Applications must include a portfolio or showreel showcasing both AI image generation and AI video creation (please specify tools/prompts used where applicable).
