Little Splashes Aquatics offers swimming lessons for infants from 3 months old and above, focusing on water confidence, safety, and survival skills. We provide swim lessons in our indoor heated pool using mineral water, and lessons have small student-to-teacher ratios.
Job Summary
You will manage daily administrative tasks, handle enquiries and sales, and support communication with students, parents, and staff to ensure smooth centre operations.
Responsibilities
Process daily administrative tasks including fee collection, student registration, and attendance record verification to maintain accurate centre records
Communicate effectively with maintenance staff to coordinate facility upkeep and resolve issues promptly
Respond to new sales enquiries to support enrolment growth and customer engagement
Liaise with existing students and parents to address questions and provide timely information
Monitor and manage supplies inventory by checking stock levels, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies to ensure operational readiness
Use Microsoft Office applications competently to complete administrative and communication tasks efficiently
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or ITE certification to support administrative and operational duties
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
Meticulous, organized, and efficient work habits to maintain smooth centre operations
Flexibility to work a 5-day week including compulsory weekends and Public Holidays to meet centre scheduling needs
Little Splashes Swim School conducts swimming lessons for infants from 6 months old and above. Our programs are created to build water confidence, water safety and survival skills.
Lesson duration is 30 minutes for all levels. Student ratio is kept small to focus and customized according to individual’s learning ability.
Our facility is based in Siglap Community Centre. Our pool is an indoor heated with mineral water.
