About the Roles

Join an Event Management team as a Project Coordinator (Event) based in Kallang. This is a permanent position with a 5.5-day work week, from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm, and Saturday, 9.00am to 1.00pm. Enjoy a basic salary of up to $2,500, plus Commission and Variable Bonus, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience supporting a variety of events.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate event materials, manpower, schedules, and onsite arrangements with internal teams.
• Prepare event proposals, timelines, floor plans, and logistics documents.
• Arrange venues, equipment, deliveries, setup, and teardown activities.
• Conduct internal briefings to ensure teams are aligned on event requirements.
• Support promoter recruitment, scheduling, and deployment for sales or roadshow events.
• Track budgets and expenses, and assist with post-event reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• Preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience in event coordination, event operations, logistics coordination, exhibitions, roadshows, or project support.
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply, and training will be provided.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and Public Holidays, when required by event schedules.
