Job Overview

We are looking for a Transformation Lead to support business and operational transformation initiatives within a data centre services environment. The role will focus on improving processes, supporting technology adoption and coordinating cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate business and operational transformation initiatives
• Review existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Work with technology and operations teams to support the implementation of new solutions and workflows
• Develop project plans, timelines and progress updates
• Coordinate stakeholders across different functions to ensure smooth project delivery
• Analyse operational data and prepare reports to support improvement initiatives
• Help develop standard processes, documentation and performance tracking
• Monitor project outcomes and identify areas for further improvement
• Support change management and user adoption for new processes or systems
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for management review

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Operations or a related discipline
• 4+ years of experience in transformation, business improvement, project management or operations
• Experience working with technology, data centre, digital infrastructure or service-based environments is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good project coordination and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfortable working with operational data, reports and business processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively across different teams
