Role Description This is a full-time Operation Executive role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a blend of onsite and work-from-home days. The Operation Executive is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily operational activities related to training programs and consultancy services, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines. Key tasks include managing schedules, preparing reports, tracking program performance, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, and supporting the implementation of learning and development initiatives. The role also involves analyzing operational data, identifying process improvements, and assisting in resource planning and documentation. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining service quality, optimizing workflows, and supporting continuous improvement across operations.
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Solid operations and operations management skills to coordinate training programs, workflows, and resources efficiently.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data, monitor performance metrics, and propose practical process improvements.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder engagement and report preparation.
  • Relevant experience in business operations, training administration, or consultancy services is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and basic data management.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail under time constraints.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
