  • CASETiFY is one of the leading global lifestyle brands to offer customizable tech accessories. We're industry leaders when it comes to trend forecasting and protecting what matters most; the community platform for creativity and self-expression.
  • This role provides hands-on operational support to the PM team across the iPhone 18 launch and Q4 business initiatives — keeping creative files and the Creative Log organized between Marketing and Design, supporting influencer gifting operations, and following projects through from stock allocation to Marketing/Design launch follow-up to Operations handoff.

Job Description

  • Housekeep the Creative Log across iPhone 18 and Q4 business projects — Rename and tidy creative asset folders in Google Drive, and matching/tagging assets to their Creative ID and keeping status fields up to date.
  • Flag incomplete, missing, or inconsistent entries in the Creative Log, and act as the point of contact between Marketing and Design to keep it consistent and aligned.
  • Support influencer gifting operations — coordinating stock allocation, tracking gifting status, and following through to fulfillment.
  • Provide project management support across the launch cycle — following up from stock allocation, to Marketing/Design production timelines, to Operations handoff.
  • Provide general ad hoc support to the PM team across iPhone 18 and Q4 business needs.
  • Support PM and Marketing teams with administrative and coordination tasks
