Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Ensure efficient deployment of drivers / transport activities.
  • Maintain drivers' daily attendance & deployment.
  • Verify trip claims ( Cash Card ).
  • Monitor maintenance of equipment / vehicles.
  • Timely reporting of vehicle, cargo damage, incidents ( If any ).
  • Fulfilment of outsourced vendors if fleet is unable to cope with shipments.
  • Continous engagement with management on training opportunities related to warehousing, inventory & trucking matters.
  • Timely submission of documents.
  • Updating all job orders.
  • Ensure team adhere strictly to all safety & legal requirements.
Job Requirements

  • Min 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Familiar with Singapore roads.
  • Able to lead team of drivers, cargohand.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Forklift driving permit preferably.
  • Must posses good 'Leadership & People Skills.
Working Days (Per Week)

5.5 (2 Saturday Off per month / Half Day)
