The Role
We are seeking a motivated
Sales & Application Engineer (Product Specialist)
to join our team.
The successful candidate will manage and grow our customer portfolio
This role is ideal for individuals with a solid background in science or engineering, and who enjoy a mix of technical product understanding and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and drive sales activities for assigned product lines
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in academia, research institutes, and industry
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, technical discussions & training
Develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
Work closely with suppliers for training, product updates, and support
Provide post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Diploma in Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry or related disciplines
Candidates with 1–2 years of lab experience or sales in scientific instruments will be an added advantage
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
