Panas Express Hiring! Full Time Renovation Admin – Systems - Finance in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Panas Express runs 24/7 AI-powered unmanned convenience stores across Malaysia, and we renovate and open new outlets every month. We use a Renovation Automation System to manage quotations, schedules, contractors and site progress. We're looking for a tech-savvy admin to run this system day to day and be the right hand of our Head of Renovation, a highly experienced leader who relies on you for everything digital.

What you'll do

• Run the Renovation Automation System: update projects, schedules, contractor records and site photos
• Turn the Head of Renovation's instructions (calls, WhatsApp, voice notes) into system updates, reports and follow-ups
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders and simple cost summaries for each renovation project
• Track contractor invoices and payments, and keep finance records tidy
• Send weekly progress reports to management

What we're looking for

• Very comfortable with computers, Google Sheets or Excel, WhatsApp and new software. You pick up new systems quickly.
• Organised and careful with numbers
• Patient and clear when working with senior colleagues
• Good English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Experience in admin, renovation, construction or finance is a plus, but not required

Salary

RM1,900 – RM2,500 per month, based on experience
