Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Create and execute long-term growth plans.
Market Research:
Research on industry trends and competitor actions to spot new business chances.
Partnerships:
Build and manage high-value partnerships, joint ventures, and key vendor relations.
Lead Generation:
Oversee the pipeline for major enterprise deals and high-impact client accounts.
Team Leadership:
Manage, mentor, and guide the business development and sales teams.
Cross-Functional Work:
Team up with marketing and product departments to launch new offerings and campaigns.
Budget Oversight:
Manage the department budget and track the financial return of growth projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Possess 7 to 10 years of proven experience in business development, sales leadership, or strategic growth.
Strong skill in managing diverse teams and influencing senior executives.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
