Functional Description:

ETF client service and operations support for securities channels: distributor onboarding & lifecycle management, enquiry handling, and ETF capital markets support .

Reports To: Head of Client Service

Role Purpose:

• Deliver timely, accurate and compliant servicing for ETF distribution partners by supporting securities channel sales operations, managing onboarding/lifecycle tasks, resolving broker/investor enquiries, and supporting ETF primary-market coordination and Wholesale Business.

Job Contents

• Support securities distribution channels and WB sales coordination.
• Onboard new distributors (account opening documents, follow-up, system set-up).
• Maintain distributor lifecycle data and records.
• Handle broker/investor enquiries; coordinate internal investigation and response.
• Support price deviation monitoring and escalation.
• Coordinate PD/LP creation & redemption order processing follow-through.
• Complete CDD and daily screening; maintain audit-ready documentation.

Qualification/License Requirement

• University degree preferred.
• Experience in client service / fund services / operations / onboarding.
• ETF servicing and broker onboarding experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CDD/KYC/KYD and screening; strong control mindset.
• Understanding of Taiwan regulatory environment.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Good English and MS Office skills.

• SITC Professional License(投信投顧執照)
