Job Description

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager who will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, talent pipelining, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.

The ideal candidate will have solid recruitment experience within the Banking & Financial Services or Asset Management, with the ability to work autonomously and partner effectively with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.


Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment Management

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, role specifications, and hiring priorities.
  • Develop effective recruitment and sourcing strategies for different business functions and levels.
  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and ensure timely closure of positions within agreed turnaround times.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to hiring managers on candidate availability, salary expectations, and hiring challenges


2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for specialist and critical positions.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, recurring, and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Conduct talent mapping and market research where required.


3. Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the business.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, market conditions, and hiring challenges.
  • Advise and influence stakeholders on recruitment strategies, candidate selection, and market competitiveness.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the recruitment process.


4 . Data & Reporting

  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).
  • Prepare recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to management.
  • Use recruitment data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure recruitment documentation and processes comply with internal policies and applicable requirements.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably with experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
  • Recruitment experience within Financial Services, Asset Management or Banking is highly preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
