• Source and attract candidates using a variety of platforms including job portals, social media, and networking.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Cordinate and communicate effectively with clients to understand job requirements and provide suitable candidates.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our database.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial contact to final placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions.
• Adhere to ethical recruitment standards and comply with company policies and the RBA Code of Conduct.
• Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as required by the management or recruitment team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
