We are seeking a skilled Python Engineer with 5+ years of experience to develop backend automation, integrations, and workflow solutions. The role will focus on automating processes across Loans and KYC/AML, integrating with Copilot Studio agents, and supporting testing, tuning, and deployment activities.

Position: Python Developer

Location: Singapore (On-site)

Job Duration: 12 Months contract (possibility of extension based on performance & project)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop robust Python automation for Loans, KYC/AML workflows, and process hand-offs.
• Build custom backend solutions, integrations, and APIs.
• Develop orchestration capabilities that extend the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Support integration with Copilot Studio agents.
• Design and implement scalable automation and workflow solutions.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, tuning, and deployment of Python-based solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python coding and backend automation.
• Experience developing custom code, APIs, integrations, and workflow orchestration.
• Experience integrating applications and services with the Power Platform.
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio and agent integrations.
• Experience in testing, performance tuning, and deployment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in Loans, KYC/AML, or financial services workflows is preferred.
