Job Description
Responsibilities
Prepare and update project schedules; track progress against the programme and flag delays early.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries so materials arrive on site when needed.
Keep drawings, RFIs, site diaries, minutes, photos, inspection records and handover documents organised and up to date.
Support the site team on WSH requirements – permits-to-work, toolbox meetings and safety paperwork.
Arrange inspections, defect lists and rectification works; coordinate handover to the homeowner and the defects liability period.
