Customer Service Executive – Gaming Console Project

Location: Sunway Visio, Kuala Lumpur

Salary Package

• Basic Salary: RM3,400
• Skill Allowance: RM200
• Travelling Allowance: RM300

Working Schedule

• 5 working days per week
• Monday–Saturday operation
• 2 rotational off days
• Voice + Chat support

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service / call centre experience
• Able to speak, read and write Cantonese
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Comfortable handling both voice and chat interactions
• Candidates with Hong Kong market/customer service experience are encouraged to apply
