We are looking for a Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. This role will primarily support the accounting and finance activities of private and investment related companies, providing hands-on exposure to full-set accounts, financial operations and project-related transactions. Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-set accounts, including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, debit notes and journal entries.
• Support month-end closing and accounting schedules.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Monitor project and investment-related transactions.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in full-set accounts.
• Experience in investment holding or property investment is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
