Eames Consulting Hiring! Full Time Manager, Digital Safety - Policy in - Ricebowl

I’m currently hiring for an opportunity focused on technology, digital platforms, policy and regulatory operations.

The role will sit within a team responsible for understanding how technology and digital platforms are evolving, identifying emerging risks and developing practical approaches to ensure policies and regulatory requirements remain effective.

You’ll be involved in a mix of research, analysis, stakeholder engagement and project delivery — working with industry stakeholders to understand how their systems and processes operate, assessing potential risks or gaps, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor emerging online safety and technology trends, with a focus on child safety and emerging safety measures

• Analyse how digital platforms manage online safety risks and assess the effectiveness of their systems and processes

• Develop innovative and data-driven approaches to assess compliance and platform controls

• Engage directly with industry stakeholders on regulatory and operational matters

• Conduct research and assessments on emerging online safety risks and potentially harmful content

• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders on policy implementation and operational initiatives

• Lead complex projects and workstreams from planning through to delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in technology, policy, regulatory, product/programme management or operations

• Strong interest in technology and digital platforms, with the ability to understand technical concepts

• Strong analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Strong writing and project management skills

• Proactive, curious and comfortable working independently

• Experience with data and statistics would be an advantage
