The Radiant Spectrum is a music enrichment studio in Singapore that celebrates every learner’s unique rhythm. We welcome children and adults with diverse abilities— including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, intellectual disabilities, selective mutism, speech delays, tics, and more.

Here, we don’t just teach music — we help individuals discover their confidence, creativity, and voice through music-making.

 Your Tune in Our Symphony

As a growing and dynamic startup, we thrive on creativity, empathy, and flexibility. In this role, you’ll:

• Conducting individual music enrichment sessions catered to each child in accordance to the school’s teaching system
• Conducting and facilitating lessons in small group settings
• Preparing weekly lesson plans through setting goals and aims for students in line with the school’s curriculum
• Monitoring, recording and updating each student's progress regularly
• Participating in ad-hoc duties as required

 Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to tick every box — just bring heart, passion, and the willingness to learn.

We’d love it if you:

• Have at least ABRSM Grade 5 or equivalent
• Enjoy teaching or sharing music with others
• Are patient, nurturing, and empathetic — especially with neurodivergent learners
• Have experience interacting with individuals with special needs (volunteering counts!)
• Communicate comfortably with both children and parents
• Are cheerful, adaptable, and not afraid to think outside the box
• Able to work 2 weekends a week

No prior special needs teaching experience? That’s okay — we provide full training.
