Job Details

Position: Baker / Baker Assistant / Kitchen Helper

Location: Taman Sutera, Kajang

Working Hours: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Working Days: Sunday – Friday

Rest Day: Saturday

Salary: RM1,700 – RM2,500 (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and handle dough according to the bakery's recipes and SOPs.

Assist with shaping, proofing, and preparing dough for baking.

Operate baking equipment and ensure products are baked according to quality standards.

Pack finished bakery products carefully and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work areas.

Assist with ingredient preparation and general kitchen duties.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Maintain a positive, cooperative, and professional working environment.

Requirements

Previous baking or kitchen experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.

Willing to learn and follow instructions.

Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.

Able to work early mornings and in a fast-paced environment.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Physically fit and able to perform daily kitchen duties.
