1. Project Planning & Coordination

• Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities from commencement to completion.
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and workers.

2. Site Management

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor work progress and ensure proper manpower and materials are available.

3. Project Supervision

• Supervise and coordinate construction/renovation works.
• Ensure work quality meets the required standards and specifications.
• Identify and resolve site issues and technical problems.

4. Cost & Resource Management

• Monitor project costs, manpower, materials, and resources.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and completion.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure works comply with relevant safety requirements, regulations, and site procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant parties on safety and statutory requirements.

6. Client & Consultant Liaison

• Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Address project-related queries and coordinate necessary follow-up actions.

7. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain project records, site reports, progress reports, drawings, and other relevant documentation.
• Track project milestones and report any delays or issues.

8. Project Completion

• Coordinate testing, inspection, rectification, and handover works.
• Ensure outstanding works and defects are completed before project handover.

Requirements:
Postgraduate Diploma Level 7 in Management or Business Administration

Minimum 8 years progressive experience in construction project management and business operations

Proven experience in senior management, strategic planning and government liaison

Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore construction regulations, WSH standards and employment laws

Demonstrable track record in financial management, HR administration and business development

Fluent in English; strong interpersonal and leadership communication skills

Degree-equivalent qualification at Level 7 is mandatory for this role
