Safety Coordinator

Job Description & Requirements

Manage and oversee overall daily safety activities on site

Conduct site safety inspection and enforce compliance of prevailing MOM Safety Acts and Regulations

Ensure risk assessment control measure are implemented for all site activites

Liaise with authorities and clients on all WSH issues

Plan and implement programs for safety training

Coordinate emergency response procedure

Issue WSH instruction in writing for non-compliance to employees and follow up on the necessary actions

Ensure all checklist and necessary documents are maintained

Advises management on problem correction

Any other adhoc duties assigned by superior from time to time

Certificate in Advanced Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)

Certificate in Risk Management Course

Certificate in Construction Safety Supervisors

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Construction industry in Singapore

Experience in soil investigation works is advantageous

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Independent, diligent and hardworking

Able to perform overtime and some local travelling

Preferably with own transportation (car or motorbike)

Able to start work in short notice

Adept in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
