Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Front Office Manager to join our management team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office Department and ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office Department, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage guest enquiries, requests, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor departmental performance and ensure front office procedures, service standards, and operational processes are consistently followed.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement initiatives that support occupancy growth, revenue generation, and overall business performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure a seamless and consistent guest experience.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Front Office team members through ongoing training, performance management, and professional development.
  • Manage staffing levels, duty rosters, and resource allocation to ensure effective departmental operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service standards, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with experience in a prestigious or upscale hotel environment
  • Proven leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high service standards.
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with different departments and stakeholders.
