Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to support business growth and achieve sales targets.

• Identify new sales opportunities and expand customer base within the assigned market.

• Work closely with sales and project teams to provide technical support and ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, and follow up on tenders.

• Provide product and technical solutions based on customer needs and project requirements.

• Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to promote company solutions and build business relationships.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for the Sales Manager.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Sales Engineer role within the construction industry

• Must possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle for site visits

• Good sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Customer-oriented with basic technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Advantage

• Experience in fire protection, M&E, engineering sales, or related industries will be an added advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.

• Class 3 driving licence and willingness to travel for site visits.
