Momentum Centre Hiring! Full Time LOGISTIC EXECUTIVE in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily logistics and transportation activities.
• Arrange and monitor delivery and collection schedules.
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, suppliers and transporters.
• Monitor vehicle and driver schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare and check delivery orders, trip documents, invoices and other logistics documents.
• Track delivery status and follow up on any delays or issues.
• Ensure all transportation and delivery records are properly maintained.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team on daily requirements.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, road tax, permits and related documents where required.
• Prepare daily and monthly logistics reports.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics or transportation is preferred.
• Experience in haulage or lorry operations will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Good problem-solving and time-management skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
