Position : Sales Project Designer

Location : VSQ, Asia Jaya (PJ)

Salary : RM 3,500 – RM 4,500 (With allowances and commission)

Working hours : 9am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Act as the key liaison between clients and internal creative and operations teams.
• Understand client requirements and translate their vision into compelling design proposals and actionable plans.
• Prepare and manage design proposals, budgets, and quotations in line with project requirements and company standards.
• Present ideas, space planning, material recommendations, and solutions to clients confidently.
• Oversee project execution by coordinating with internal teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery and quality workmanship.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the renovation journey.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role, preferably within the interior design or renovation industry.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, spoken and written, to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator will be an added advantage.
• Own transport is required.
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and hands-on.
• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and teamwork.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
