Responsibilities
We are a GP clinic looking for permanent full-time clinic assistants with the compassion, dedication and commitment to join us in delivering quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, attentive and has a genuine service mindset to provide care from the heart.
Responsibilities
Registering patients and dispensing of medication, and payment duties.
Assisting doctor during consultation and minor procedure.
Handle corporate insurance e-claim submission
General administrative duties.
Stock checking and replenishing medicine stocks.
Handle patient queries and feedback.
Requirements
Working experience in clinic environment.
Professional, proactive, committed and ability to work independently under tight schedule.
Possess good communication (both english and mandarin) and interpersonal skills
Able to commit clinic hours is preferred.
Working hours:
Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
