Code Gakko is a Singapore-based edtech company partnering with schools to deliver future-ready STEM and technology programmes — spanning coding, robotics, AI, digital literacy, and applied learning projects across primary, secondary, and tertiary levels.

We're looking for a Junior Curriculum Creator (Intern / Part-Time) to join our lean curriculum team. This is a front-row seat to how learning experiences get designed, tested, and delivered — you'll work close enough to see the full arc of a programme, from the templates that keep our reporting consistent, to the creative decisions behind our Makers Programme, to the writing that goes into a tender. You won't just be executing tasks in isolation; you'll be guided by the team as you build toward developing curriculum yourself.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

1. Programme reporting & alignment

• Put together wrap-up reports for completed programmes, using our existing templates
• Build meeting alignment decks to keep stakeholders and teammates on the same page

2. Makers Programme (our growth area)

• Write scripts and generate narrations for slide decks used in sessions
• Help improve parent guides and refine curriculum content
• Join the team in planning and executing IRL engagements — build sessions, offline learning journeys, hackathons, and similar events

3. ITQ (tender) support

• Support the team in putting together ITQ submissions

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or holding a Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Media, Education Diploma/Degree, or equivalent experience
• Strong English writing skills, comfortable turning notes or raw content into clear reports, decks, or scripts
• Organised and detail-oriented — comfortable working from templates and keeping reports/decks consistent
• Good visual sense and ability to help build clear, engaging slides
• Curious about curriculum and education — excited to learn how learning experiences are designed, not just execute tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing curriculum or teaching content for STEM/technology subjects.
• Familiarity with block-based and/or text-based programming languages (e.g. Scratch, Pictoblox, Python etc.).
• Familiarity with slide tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva
• Comfortable with (or keen to learn) scriptwriting or narration/voiceover work
• Happy to get involved on the ground — helping plan and run IRL events, not just deskbound work

• Candidates without formal curriculum or education experience are welcome to apply — this is an entry-level role and you'll be trained and mentored
• Scope may evolve based on organisational priorities and upcoming school/organisation projects

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,300.00 per month
