• Record & update all daily sales – cash, Grab, Shopee, DuitNow, debit/credit card and other payment channels.
• Reconcile sales with bank statements, payment gateway reports and outlet reports.
• Verify sales documents, invoices, receipts and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper AR documentation & filing.
• Follow up discrepancies, short/over payments, refunds and settlement differences.
• Ensure all sales and collections are accurately recorded and updated on time.
• Assist month-end closing & AR reconciliation.
• Assist audit process by providing AR reports and supporting documents.
• Monitor and reconcile online payment / e-wallet / card settlements.
• Perform other AR & Finance-related tasks as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
