Responsibilities
Suntec Real Estate Services Management (“Suntec-RES”, formerly known as ESR Real Estate Services Management) is the real estate services arm of Tang Organization.
For over a decade, Suntec-RES has been entrusted by asset owners to deliver bespoke, best-in-class real estate solutions. We manage a portfolio of iconic retail and commercial properties spanning close to 3 million square feet, valued at approximately S$8 billion. Our tailored approach integrates advanced property technology and sustainable practices to optimise asset performance and drive long-term value.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Assist the managers in overseeing the daily operations for Suntec Office Towers
Attend to feedback and manage relation of occupants
Investigate and follow up with appropriate methodology and effective defect rectification works
Attend and manage fitting-out works to ensure house rules, authorities’ requirement and prescribed safety standards are complied
Liaise and co-ordinate with contractors / vendors to ensure that their works/service delivery are completed on time and as per contract requirements and agreed KPIs
Ensure timely implementation and completion in renewal of term contracts and statutory licenses
Raise PO and certify job completion / delivery undertaken by contractors / vendors
Manage and update online systems including occupant portal, digital directory, access control and online PTW
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Nitec in Facility Management, Building Engineering or related discipline
Preferably 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field
Conversant in the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act will be an added advantage
Possess drive, initiatives and problem-solving skills
PC literacy in Microsoft Office Applications
Fluent in both written and spoken English
