• Coordinate with external and internal parties to ensure the smooth execution of PR and campaigns related to the "Artists".

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Answer phone calls and handle enquiries at front desk
• Provide administrative support & customer service
• Support data entry
• Support classes operation

REQUIREMENTS:

• ⁠ ⁠Form 5 / DSE graduate / Degree Holder or equivalent qualifications
• ⁠ ⁠Excellent telephone manners & customer service skills
• ⁠ ⁠1 year work experience or above
• ⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• ⁠ ⁠Excellent telephone manners & customer service skills
• ⁠ ⁠Pleasant personality, patient and good interpersonal skills;
