JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain, monitor, set up, and repair production equipment.
• Provide advice and train end users on the proper operation of production equipment.
• Ensure all required documents, including release notes and other relevant documents, are received from clients for further action.
• Liaise with the Project Coordinator to conduct regular inspections and monitor the quality of work.
• Arrange manpower and equipment according to client requirements.
• Implement HSE activities and requirements at the project site.
• Communicate and work closely with clients, supervisors, foremen, QS, QC personnel, and workers to coordinate and delegate work.
• Ensure all workers follow the client's safety rules and regulations.
• Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) according to work requirements.
• Monitor the quality and standard of work at all times.
• Conduct pre-job briefings and Work-at-Height (WAH) checklists at the worksite.
• Conduct site material, equipment, and work audits as required by management.
• Verify the quantity of incoming and outgoing tools and equipment.

QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in blasting and painting work or facilities.
• Supervisors must have a valid FROSIO, NACE/AMPP, or ICorr Inspector Level II qualification.
• Good knowledge of blasting, painting, HSE, and site work requirements.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to coordinate manpower, equipment, and site activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
