About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP IT Business Analyst to support global subscription, order-to-cash, billing, and contract management processes. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear requirements and supporting the delivery of effective SAP solutions.

The role offers the opportunity to work in an international, Agile environment and contribute to SAP transformation, process optimization, automation, and integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Support SAP-supported subscription lifecycle processes, including order entry, billing, and contract management.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create process flows, business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support the design of SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with business priorities.

Agile Product Delivery

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, SAP specialists, and Agile delivery teams.
• Manage and refine epics, features, user stories, and backlog items.
• Participate in Scrum and Kanban ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support prioritization based on business value and strategic objectives.
• Contribute to release planning and deployment activities.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders throughout the requirements lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
• Manage requirement changes and maintain alignment across stakeholders.
• Present solution concepts, business impacts, and recommendations to different audiences.
• Build strong relationships with business partners and delivery teams.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Define acceptance criteria and support test planning.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validate delivered functionality against business requirements.
• Support defect analysis and resolution.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet quality and business expectations before release.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Identify opportunities to improve SAP-supported business processes.
• Drive standardization, automation, and process optimization initiatives.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Support digital transformation and SAP innovation initiatives.

Requirements

Must-have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP business processes and application landscapes.
• Experience with SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FI/CO.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Strong requirements engineering skills, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience analyzing and improving end-to-end business processes.
• Experience working with SAP integrations and interconnected enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with data migration and SAP implementation projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Ownership mindset with a strong focus on delivering business value.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders in an international environment.

Nice-to-have

• Knowledge of SAP BTP and CAP.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Familiarity with ABAP debugging or SAP transaction analysis, e.g. SE37, SM37, ST22, AL11.
• Understanding of API-based integrations and middleware solutions.
• Experience with ServiceNow and IT service management processes.
• Knowledge of cloud-based SAP solutions and SAP transformation programs.
