Job Description

Position Title: Air / Sea Freight Coordinator
Working Location: Changi, East Region
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri: 8.30am – 6pm)
Salary Package: Basic $2,800 – $3,500 + AWS
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day air and sea freight export/import operations
Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, forwarders, transporters, customs, and overseas offices
Handle rate enquiries and respond promptly with accurate options
Prepare and manage shipping documents, billing, and job file closing
Arrange cargo bookings, collection, delivery, and ensure on-time shipment
Perform export customs clearance, invoicing, cost verification, and pre-alerts
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Minimum 2 years of experience in air or sea freight operations or a similar logistics role.
Knowledge of L/C documentation, Incoterms, Singapore shipping procedures, and freight forwarding.
Good understanding of air and sea freight transportation, customs clearance, and related regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Experience using freight systems (e.g. Sysfreight) is an advantage.
Able to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
