About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly and versatile team member who loves coffee, enjoys great food, and isn’t afraid to jump in where needed. As a Barista you’ll craft delicious coffee drinks, provide warm customer service, and support our back of house team with food preparation and daily kitchen tasks.

What you’ll be doing

• Prepare and serve coffee, non-coffee beverages and specialty drinks according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portion and overall beverage quality.
• Monitor beverage stock levels, assist with stock checking, rotation and replenishment.
• Follow existing recipes and SOPs while being adaptable to new menus, seasonal drinks, and recipe changes.
• Maintain and properly operate coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including taking orders and handling customer requests.
• Support the kitchen team with food preparation, simple cooking tasks or other duties when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work area while supporting the team with general duties to ensure smooth daily cafe operations.

What we offer
