Position Title: Production Supervisor
Working Location: Tuas
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:00am – 8.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic + Shift Allowance + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Lead operators to achieve daily production output and efficiency targets.
Plan manpower and 12-hour rotating shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
Train and guide staff on procedures, equipment handling, quality, safety, GMP, and food safety standards.
Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and escalation of technical issues to minimise downtime.
Ensure smooth batching, dumping, and packing operations.
Verify product sampling, quality checks, production records, and Navision entries.
Maintain housekeeping, 5S standards, waste collection, and recycling activities.
Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and workplace safety.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production.
Basic knowledge of machinery, maintenance, troubleshooting, GMP, food safety, and workplace safety.
Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
