Customind Lab Hiring! Full Time Quantity Surveyor in WP Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

We are looking for a capable Quantity Surveyor to support our organization. You will be mainly responsible for preparing all the tenders documents, bills of site control, request for quotation, and contracts.

What do we need you to do?

• You will be involved in verifying, and cost-control of all suppliers & subcontractors

• You will be involved in site meetings, on-site Bill of Quantity verifications & quality checks

• You will be responsible for ensuring that the prices quoted in the tenders are accurate

• You will be responsible for preparing post-project budgets, progress claims, and final accounts

• You will be crucial in reviewing all interior renovation/construction drawings & specifications

What do we need from you?

• Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher/ Graduate Diploma / or Bachelor’s degree / Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.

• At least a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Interior Design industry is an added advantage

• Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia

• The ability to communicate in Mandarin is a must. Because most of the staff are Mandarin speakers
