WE’RE HIRING A CONTENT STRATEGIST — GROWTH & CONVERSION

HUNTR GAMES is looking for someone who understands that content is not just about getting views.

It’s about understanding people, psychology, buying behaviour, data and revenue.

You should be able to:

• Identify our real target market & customer avatars
• Understand what makes people trust, buy, return and recommend
• Build content strategies that convert attention into sales
• Analyse Meta, TikTok & organic performance consistently
• Spot patterns fast and adapt content quickly
• Grow organically without depending entirely on paid ads
• Create strong content calendars, briefs, campaigns and testing plans
• Be highly organised, proactive and commercially minded

We’re not looking for someone whose strategy is:

“Post 3 times a week.”

“Use trending audio.”

“Make the feed pretty.”

We want someone who can look at a piece of content and ask:

• Why did this work?
• Who did it work for?
• What made them care?
• Did it make money?
• How do we scale it?

Experience in fitness, sports, lifestyle, events or community brands is a big plus.

Based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia

From RM4,000/month + performance incentives
