Job Summary:
The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the effective management of human resources and driving HR initiatives that align with the company's goals. This role requires a deep understanding of HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize programs that enhance employee skills, career growth, and overall company performance.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring objectives are aligned with company goals, and provide support for managers in addressing performance issues.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies, local labor laws, and company regulations. Maintain HR documentation and records in compliance with legal requirements.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and in line with industry standards.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and job satisfaction.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare HR reports and metrics on employee turnover, recruitment, training, and other key HR KPIs.
- HR Strategy: Contribute to the development of HR strategies that support the company’s growth, culture, and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Leadership and team management experience.
