Position: Lead Java Developer | Java + Spring Boot + AWS
We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and enhancement of scalable enterprise applications.

Role: Lead Java Developer
Location: Selangor, Malaysia (On-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of enterprise Java applications.
- Design and develop scalable Microservices using Spring Boot.
- Build, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with backend systems.
- Lead technical design discussions and mentor development teams.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and support production applications.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SQL databases, and application integration.
- Experience with Git and Maven/Gradle.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
